IT Support Executive

:

• Providing technical support such as installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, database and networks.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
• follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Administers and set up new users\' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Conducting daily backup operations.
• Contributes to company goals by accomplishing related duties as required.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a IT Professional Certifications/ Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a technical support role.
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
• Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
• Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
