Job Description

IT Support Executive : \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing technical support such as installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, database and networks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate. \xe2\x80\xa2 follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system \xe2\x80\xa2 Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administers and set up new users\' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting daily backup operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributes to company goals by accomplishing related duties as required. Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a IT Professional Certifications/ Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in computer science or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a technical support role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
