Job Description
Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs of Dell enterprise hardware.
Scope includes:
- Dell Storage (EQL & MD3xxx)
- Desktops, laptops, tablets, printers
- Servers and switches
- Perform break/fix, disassembly/reassembly, fault diagnosis and part replacements.
- Escalate unresolved issues as needed and complete all relevant documentation.
- Required to work after office hours, on weekends, or public holidays when necessary (claimable as OT).
- Must possess own transport - job requires on-site support and travelling across Klang Valley.
Salary & Allowances
Basic Salary: RM2,000
Phone Allowance: RM100/month
Transport Allowance: RM200/month
Mileage Claim (Outstation only): RM1.00/km
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
