Job Responsibilities

  • You are responsible to oversee and follow-up on the Process Service Desk support activities to ensure that all tickets are fully qualified and either resolved or dispatched to the appropriate member of the 2nd level Process Support team in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You actively shape and continuously monitor own team's performance as well as the performance of the 2nd and 3rd level teams in processing Incidents and Service Requests. Take corrective action as necessary to maintain high service levels.
  • Your key responsibilities include escalation management in collaboration with the appropriate team member or team manager.
  • You bring your expertise to strengthen, motivate and develop employees.
  • You optimize and ensure knowledge management activities within the team.
  • Having excellent problem-solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills are core to your tasks
  • You understand the problems/challenges of our customers/our business/our users and identify areas with high support requirements and propose ideas for improvement.
Technical Skills Requirements
  • Minimum of four years' experience in an SAP support or functional role.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an SAP support team leadership position.
  • Solid understanding of one or more SAP ECC or S/4 HANA modules.
  • Minimum of two full cycle implementations.
  • Knowledge and experience working in ITIL is preferred.
  • Certified SAP Professional and working experience in S4/HANA environment is a plus.
Standard Requirements
  • Willing to work on rotation shifts (APAC & EMEA) every two weeks.
  • University degree, preferably in the field of IT, Business, Engineering or a comparable education.
  • Good analytical and learning skills, ability to understand complex situations.
  • Team player, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Service oriented and ability to travel for know how transfer.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
