About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated

IT Support Specialist

to join our team and support Medical Informatics solutions for both new and existing customer sites. The role involves a combination of

technical support, system monitoring, and project implementation

, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT technical support for existing installations (both remote and on-site). Conduct routine

System Health Checks

to maintain product performance and reliability. Track and review post-implementation sites for

maintenance contract proposals and billing

. Monitor progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines/trades. Assist the Project Manager in

system implementation

for new and upgraded solutions. Suggest improvements to company processes with a

positive, solution-oriented approach

. Ensure client needs are met

efficiently and cost-effectively

Requirements

Malaysian Only

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not essential).

2-3 years of relevant experience

in IT Technical Support or related roles. Strong knowledge in: Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft Applications Networking, remote desktop tools, VMware, backup/recovery applications IT hardware (servers & workstations) deployment and configuration Experience with

PACS systems, EIZO monitors, or Computed Radiography

is highly advantageous. Solid understanding of Microsoft technical support. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accountability. Independent, proactive, and motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to

travel outstation

(must possess own car).
