Job description Install, configure, and manage both Windows and macOS operating systems. Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Perform basic network administration and ensure proper connectivity. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware and network issues efficiently. Manage and update the company website, ensuring smooth operation. Provide customer support and technical assistance to end users. Configure and support various customer-specific software applications. Collaborate with IT vendors and external technical support teams to resolve complex issues.Requirements Fresh graduate or entry level applicant and Junior level may apply (Training will be provided) Smart working and responsibility. Basic understanding of Windows and macOS setup. Familiar with printer, scanner, and peripheral setup. Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting.
