To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.
Job Requirements
Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
Able to speak and write
Good in English & fluent in Japanese
(At least with N2 certificates)* With customer service experience from BPO / Call center is preferable
Able start work immediately is preferable
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
