  • Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage
  • SPM with relevant experience may apply
  • Working experience in beverage / restaurant service is required
  • Working experience in Japanese restaurant preferred
  • Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays
Tanggungjawab
  • To support Head Chef / Sr Chef in the daily operation and work
  • Prepare quality food for customers based on set standards
  • Preparing meal ingredients for the Chef, which includes washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients
  • Properly washing and drying all dished, utensils, cooking equipment and cutting boards and nearly putting away all these in their respective places
  • Packing take-out orders as needed
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as oven and grill for cooking purposes
  • Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags and washing garbage bin
  • Mopping and sweeping the kitchen area as required
  • Keeping all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
  • Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
