• Must posses or pursuing Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in E-commerce/PR/MassComm/Design/ Marketing/Business/content creation or any related fields
• At least 0.5-1 year related working experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon, Facebook/IG Shops, google, tiktok
• Malaysian citizens ONLY
• Required language(s): English.
• Good in English & Malay.
• Computer Literate : familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Sitegiant
• Required skill(s): Product Photo & Video editings with canva/photoshop/capcut/phone apps/pc apps (Basic), Product listings, Basic Copywriting, Basic E-commerce campaigns knowledge
• Applicants must be willing to work in our Emporis Kota Damansara Office
• You must be Willing to learn, Independent and efficient.

Responsibility

• Assist Ecommerce team in all areas as below:
• Responsible to monitor, optimise online stores and help achieve set sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate product catalog (pricing, copy, imagery, etc.) on all Marketplaces and own website .
• Handle product information updates from time to time (pictures, videos, pricing & details)
• Collaborate across marketing, design, and operations to set up new products & promotions online
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and merchandise mix
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the online retail industry.
• Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaigns (promo codes, gift with purchase, online brand day, etc.)
• Generate daily / weekly reports for management.
• Research on keywords & product information.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
