You will be supporting day-to-day client servicing activities and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist in handling client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups
Prepare basic documentation, reports, and records related to client accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain organized client files and databases
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
Attend promotional events within Malaysia when required (weekends may be involved; day off will be provided in lieu)

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good time management
Able to work independently and as part of a team
