Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and services for the agency. Meet service-level commitments on response time, reliability, and client support. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Keep clients updated on project progress and address feedback promptly. Support daily account activities and provide business coordination. Share customer feedback and sales leads with the sales and marketing team. Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports. Work with internal teams to evaluate campaign results and suggest improvements. Stay updated on the company's services and digital marketing trends. Provide regular updates and reports to the Account Servicing Manager. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction. Act as the key link between clients and designers, ensuring clear communication on design and web requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or client servicing Experience handling SME clients and managing objections. Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
