Receive and process bookings, ensuring accurate cargo details and special handling instructions.
Follow up with customers to address queries and secure bookings.
Assist the sales team in daily operations, including documentation and administrative tasks.
Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth execution of import and export shipments.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Business, Logistics or related fields.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of freight forwarding operation procedure in air freight is added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and etc.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
