Job Description


  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and maintain data
privacy standards.
  • Create and manage internal communication initiatives to ensure effective
information flow across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction,
and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute engagement
programs, events, and activities.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, employee relations, and communication
best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring their concerns are
addressed promptly and facilitating open lines of communication.
  • Conduct and analyze employee opinion surveys to assess morale, identify areas for
improvement, and recommend action plans.
  • Streamline administrative processes to support the efficiency of internal
communication and engagement programs.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting effective communication, trust, and
cooperation between management and employees.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in employee engagement
practices and healthcare regulations in Malaysia, making recommendations to
enhance employee relations and compliance.
  • Report on key engagement metrics and survey findings to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain positive industrial relations, fostering a cooperative and
harmonious work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies and policies to maintain positive labor relations,
considering the unique requirements of the healthcare industry and compliance with
Malaysian labor laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding labor-related matters,
addressing their concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts, grievances, and disputes between management and
employees, ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and industry-specific
regulations.
  • Stay updated with relevant Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and government
initiatives specifically related to the healthcare industry, ensuring the organization\'s
compliance and advising management accordingly.
  • Ensure alignment of the organization\'s policies, procedures, and practices with legal
requirements and best practices within the healthcare industry in Malaysia.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on matters related to
employee engagement, labor laws, including employee rights, termination
procedures, disciplinary actions, and employment contracts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business
Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing internal communication strategies and
engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in conducting and analyzing employee opinion surveys, with a focus
on healthcare settings, is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in spoken
and written English.
  • Strong project management abilities to oversee engagement programs.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software.
  • Data analysis skills to assess engagement initiatives\' effectiveness, including
interpreting employee survey data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across the
