Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 1 year's HR/Administrative experience
Knowledge & Skill:
Experience in Info-Tech system will be added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Personal Trait:
Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations
Able to work independently and meet datelines
Initiative and organizing skills
Effective communication (both oral and written) in English and able to communicate with all levels
Willing to travel and possess own transport
Tanggungjawab
Check and verify all employee attendance record and staff claims on monthly basis.
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management, office maintenance, grocery & stationery order.
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and pantry items.
Responsible for regular maintenance or repairing of all office equipment and fitting.
Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean and tidy in office area.
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and coordinating necessary paperwork.
Coordinate employee activities to enhance the good working relationship among employees including teambuilding & events during the festival.
Handling business license/company vehicle renewal matters
Assist in new office setup for any future business expansion
Any other related assignments as instructed from time to time
