Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programmes to attract, retain and develop top talent
Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
Building and leading a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service and support to the business
Administering employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Providing support and guidance on HR-related matters
Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging company culture
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in HR management
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in data analysis and report generation using Microsoft Office suite
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
