Are you ready for a Game-Changing Career Experience We are looking to expand and hire a Junior Logistics & Operations Specialist with logistics and operational experience to join us on shaping the journey of esports. As a Junior Logistics & Operations Specialist at EFG, you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in gaming. Our hierarchies are flat, and your ideas and opinions are constantly in demand. We value team chemistry and teamwork above anything else, creating a friendly and fast paced work environment. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Job Responsibilities: Event Related Logistics & Operations Work closely with the APJ administrative team and project managers to set processes and documentation for logistics, and event operations functions which includes but is not limited to travel & accommodation, hospitality, vendor management, event hand management, and build schedules. Work with the APJ project managers during the event pre-planning stage on event operations and subsequently manage these on-site. Align with project and department leads ensure Logistics needs are met for all projects in APJ including on-ground shipping, ATA-Carnet and inventory storage for large scale events, like DreamHack, ESL One and SPS. Manage documentation for on-site event logistics, including creating Delivery Orders on behalf of Project/TV/IT teams for on-ground shipping. Build a working collaboration with our internal warehouses (regionally and globally) within the EFG group for cross-border logistics requests. Maintain budget oversight in conjunction with project managers for project expenses. Manage on-site Logistics at events, including managing the logistics hub on-site, flagging low inventory count to project managers and booking and managing local logistics. Lead on-site bump out processes for smooth movement of equipment and inventory. Manage on-site movement of logistics vehicles for loading and unloading. Logistics scope will be prioritised on-site over travel & hospitality (which should be done during pre-event planning phase). Logistics Administration Lead quality control testing and basic maintenance of equipment during annual cycle counts with the TV and IT departments. Work with Business Operations to assist in requisitions for logistics. Maintain warehouse facility as required, report and advise on any issues as they arise. Requirements Warehouse and Inventory Management on Hirehop. Ability to manage budgets and track costs. Basic shipping & logistics management experience. Knowledge of event/trade show and broadcast equipment. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Requisition and Business Operations assistance experience.
