Responsibilities:
To input/ update data in the computer systems
Co-ordinate with customer/vendor for shipment arrangement.
Handle for haulage/transport arrangement.
Update shipment status & required information to customer.
Preparing document (Bill of Lading/HAWB / invoice, etc)
Provide quality assurance of imported data, analysis data.
Perform data Delivery analysis and report.
Send pre-alert to destination agent & follow up destination clearance/delivery status.
Follow up D/O from agent/vendor
Assist to ensure all paperwork is well prepared and filed accordingly
Adhere to all SOPs and compliance procedures
To perform any other tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
Good computer proficiency in MS Office
Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Proactive, meticulous, team player, initiative with positive work attitude
Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
