Responsibilities

Follows up on the pre- and post-contract of projects assigned.
Prepares tender bid documents.
Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Evaluate works progress at site (on going project) to do monthly claim.
Prepare all related document for monthly claim to client.
Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget.
Assists to evaluate contractors and sub-contractors\' bids and recommends awards for contracts as appropriate.
Monitors closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a scheduled.
Ensures effective cost control of projects and that all purchases are within budgets.
Negotiates with vendors for cost reduction of purchases.
Verifies all payments are in order before payments by Company.
Monitors all payment collections.
Performs closing of final account.
Competent in operating the Cubicost Software (Glodon).
