Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
Source potential candidates through online platforms, job portals, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support senior recruiters in meeting client requirements and timelines.
Contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
