Junior Sales Executive

Location:

Seksyen 26, Shah Alam (main location) & Persiaran Raja Lumu, Port Klang (only 1 or 2 days a week)

Responsibilities:

Client Support

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist senior sales staff in managing accounts and building client relationships.

Sales Operations

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and report progress to management.

Technical Learning

Develop product knowledge in instrument valves, tube fittings, industrial hoses, pipeline pigs and industrial components (guidance will be given). Support product demonstrations and client education sessions.

Team Collaboration

Provide administrative and operational support for sales campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliverables. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:

1-3 years working experience Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business/ sales or related field. Proven experience in sales or business development within B2B industry Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate basic engineering concepts effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
