Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, economics, accounting or related field
Min. 1-3 years of experience with Dealer/Distribution and Marketing / Business Administration in Retails Industries.
Experience in planning and execution of sales related campaigns.
Strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
Flexible, able to work during weekends or extra hours.
Good communication, proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (other languages are a plus).
ResponsibilitiesObjective/Aim of the position
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters between Skechers Malaysia HQ and assigned Franchisee
Ensure growth in retail stores, including working with merchandising team and partners to determine assortments
To brainstorm with Marketing team on assigned malls marketing campaign
Monitor on delivery status, on-going payment collection
To develops and implement effective sales strategies to achieve goals to ensure profitability
To meet with KPIs
KPI - Key Performance Indicators
Identify franchisees\' retail operations related issues and create effective solutions
Achieve compliance with given statutory and corporate affairs requirements as appropriate.
Assist in executing marketing plans and opportunities to deliver sales and profitability target.
To guide franchisees\' retail operations on how to achieve conversion metrics as per expectation
Ensure Stores Merchandising guidelines up to expectation
To support business development on handled franchisees
GENERAL DUTIES
Ensure consistency and compliance of Skechers operating and service standards, policies and procedures.
Ensure company policy and brand equity standards are followed
Work with internal departments such as the Marketing, Product, Training, Visual merchandising, and management teams.
Achieve an overall stock turn as per company target
Ensure product selection for all stores is based on grades/ bands that reflect consumer profiles, competitive landscape and store formats.
Provide analysis on group performance on quarterly basis through business review with franchisees\' to ensure both parties\' business directions achievements
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
SPECIFIC DUTIES Marketing and Visual Merchandising:
Ensure Retail Marketing plans are executed seasonally - aligned with brand marketing plans.
Work in accordance with Project team, Regional and Local VM standards and execute the look-and-feel of the store as plan
