Job Description

Responsible for identifying and developing duty free export accounts which would include sales and distribution of Carlsberg's products to both direct and indirect duty free outlets and export markets.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the annual sales target for duty free outlets are achieved within the credit terms by monitoring the progress of sales
• Manage the sales to PERNAMA to ensure Carlsberg has the right market share
• Responsible for key account management on Border and downtown Duty Free shops to drive sales execution with the support from local sales team, develop local promotional activities and maintain good customer relationship with the objective to increase market share and drive sales volume
• To establish budgetary controls to effectively implement and evaluate all initiatives aimed at increasing sales volume for duty free outlets
• Develop, grow and explore export business, by continuously sourcing and expanding business relationships in building new accounts
• Assist Head of Duty Free & Export in updating PICOS for Duty Free sales channel and develop trade marketing plan for annual budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Social Sciences
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in sales management position in a FMCG environment
• Possesses strong networking skills to gain market intelligence on the competition
• Has strong knowledge on competitor's brands, regional strengths and weaknesses, promotional activities and key players
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels
• Possesses strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Possesses the basics of business management such as planning, forecasting, budgeting and evaluating performance
