Team and Role Introduction:
Passionate about e-commerce and creating the best customer and seller experiences and have deep knowledge of the dynamics of this fast-paced sector across multiple categories. You will need to manage strategy, business development, marketing, and operational viewpoint, and draw on a range of tools - from data to business insights, to grow brands and key accounts performance.
Responsibilities:

• Defining and implementing the growth strategy for Groceries sellers\xe2\x80\x99 account with understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision
• Defining assortment priorities for your sellers and overseeing relationships/acquisition of sellers
• Driving seller engagement and consistent daily sales performance through frequent engagement
• Representing Lazada to advise external partners on e-commerce and go to market strategy for your category
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements, innovation and scale within the category
• Negotiating best prices in the market and marketing support
• Ensuring product availability and planning stock allocations with seller
• To be the first to launch new products from sellers
• Providing input on category strategic priorities for the quarter
• Ensuring sellers adopt all tools designed to increase conversion of their stores

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related fields
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in e-commerce, retail or business development role
• Strong business judgement backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
• Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings
• Demonstrated ability to influence others, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• A self-starter, takes ownership and passionate in driving results \xe2\x80\x93 comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Passionate in improving both customer and seller excellence
• Team spirit and enthusiastic in daily development growth
