Role Description The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and using analytical skills to identify opportunities and guide decision-making. This is a full-time on-site role located in Johor Bahru. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively. Understand clients\' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing key accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business from existing clients. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to position the company effectively. Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with overall company objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in serving key accounts. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities. Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts. Track and analyze key account metrics, providing regular performance reports to internal stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet key account needs and expectations. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments.
