Creval is looking for a Account Manager with Tiktok, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada store operation experience. Someone who is hungry & wants to grow long-term and understands the importance of creating, providing, maintaining, streamlining, and improving the business operations infrastructure of an eCommerce business and driving repeated long-term customer engagement.
- Deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for partner stores for driving GMV & profit
- Design marketing strategies and sales growth proposals
- Strong Store operation optimization skills, constantly execution of most creative optimization to ensure high level of consistent exposure with sustainable budget allocation
- Ensure that goods and services performed and delivered are in accordance with the service level agreement
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors on order requirements and ensure that the order is met on time
- Basic Photoshop/Canva experience to produce visual for product merchandising on various platform
- Has advanced knowledge on Consumer Marketing & Digital Marketing
- Fluent in spoken and written English or/and Mandarin
- Preferrable at least 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Qoo10 &/or other ecommerce platform)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven record of Sales growth and store management
- Flexible and focussed on solutions
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Strong Excel and/or computer savvy
- Training will be provided for fresh graduates or candidates with good aptitude
- The accepted candidate will be working from home, good internet connection are expected.
