About the role Work Location: 1 Powerhouse, Selangor Malaysia Reporting To: National Sales Manager Food Service sits as a key strategic growth platform for Kerry Group, significantly impacting our business and helping us deliver our strategy and vision. In this highly visible, step-up role where you are responsible for driving the marketing outcomes and deliverables whilst working in tandem with both SEA and the regional APMEA team. Key focus areas include the growth and expansion of the core bakery, foodservice brands including Swiss Bear, Tropic Choice & Crescent. Given the growth prospects as well as the dynamics of the HORECA market, the candidate must possess a strong enthusiasm and passion for the product arena as well as a deep knowledge of the multiple distribution segments, including HORECA market, broad line distribution, and convenience store channels. Key responsibilities . To manage sales & profitability of the total business throughout Central Region . Working with Distributor & Sub distributors for increasing market coverage and effective delivery service to our in-direct customers . Managing, leading, and assessing of Distributor\'s sales representatives to achieve volumes and distribution growth . Effectively execute sales and promotion programs to achieve sales targets - Provide effective after sales service for continuous sales growth . Collecting customer orders, checking, and forwarding them to Customer Care . Setting customer base sales targets with immediate superior, monitoring these targets and ensuring hitting the budget . Strong relation building initiatives and strategy to penetrate new accounts - Meeting targets for generating new business by introducing new customer . Business development activities for Branded portfolio across Key accounts & HORECA customers Qualifications and skills . Bachelor\'s Degree in Commerce or similar field within 5 years\' relevant experience in Branded Sales Account . Management with a sound understanding of Distributor . Experience in management of multiple Brand activation . Must have strong communication skills in English (oral and written) . Experience in working in a fast paced and ever-changing business -HORECA experience an advantage Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
