Our diverse and collaborative teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what\xe2\x80\x99s possible.Ready to join us?About this opportunityThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing the overall Invisalign, Vivera and iTero business with Key Accounts in Malaysia. The person will be responsible for formulating the long-term strategy for the Key Accounts in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives and for delivering the annual operational plans & targets.To achieve the above, the KAM will be accountable for creating detailed key account plans that include but are not limited to; Sales targets, Finance, building & establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders within that account, supporting the educational pathways, process changes, forecasting etc. The KAM will be the lead point of contact for all key accounts matters, anticipate the customer\'s needs, work within the company to help the customers and company succeed.In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6Sales target and Finance

  • Collaborating with the National Sales Manager and the Practice Development Managers and be the owner of developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and key focus areas, goals and activities with the customer. Product lines include and not limited to, the Invisalign Portfolio, Vivera retainers and iTero intra-oral scanners
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies to ensure that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve the goals for the key accounts Eg: Doctor recruitment, training, marketing etc as needed
  • Responsible for regularly follow ups with the key accounts regarding orders and timely collections of the account receivables
  • To ensure order to payment cycle is in place as per company policy
Customer
  • Will own the overall relationship with the Key Accounts and their management teams
  • Identify and create customized knowledge pathways for the Key Accounts to create a win-win for both Key Accounts and Invisalign
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discounting and pricing structures
  • Maintain data and information relevant to key accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision making.
  • Responsible for identifying and nurturing new accounts for future growth
  • Planning and presenting regular quarterly reports with cross functional updates and plans on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with management team.
Process
  • Be the single point of contact for all customer related issues.
  • Ensure processes are in place to deliver on commitments to the Key Accounts Stakeholder
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, corporate and customer support teams to ensure the end to end objectives are met.
  • To Analyze market requirements, strategies and formulate annual sales plan with Stake holder for the region
  • To explore the market, identify customers and promote the products through individual detailing audio-visual presentations and workshops and to manage local sales & marketing (Overall business development) for our brands
  • To partnering with cross functional stake holders for achieving business targets
  • To identify current market trends including market information to facilitate tender business
  • Identify and develop University hospitals, liaise with Sales Team to generate demand in Institutions and build up the new providers in the Universities, demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making skills in relation to various customer needs and interest
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need \xe2\x80\xa6
  • 7-10 years of Sales experience with minimum, 4 years sales management. Nationwide experience required
  • Maturity to manage senior leadership, management and drive business
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to do financial analysis to be able to identify profitable sales opportunities and the development of financially viable long-term key account plans
  • Strong understanding of Institutional selling in Med Devices or similar Industry.
  • BA/BSc/ Bio Tech /B.Tech (Desired Qualification \xe2\x80\x93MBA ) or related filed
  • Good understanding of the Dental industry and business knowledge
  • Strong communication skills to consistently address key accounts\xe2\x80\x99 concerns while offering clear, concise, and understandable responses to their prompts
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Leadership skill and Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Should be able to build strong working relationships across functions and teams
  • Analytical Skills to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights such as new sales opportunities and strategies
  • Domestic travel expected, about 50%
