Job Description


PURPOSE Leads, develops & implements sustainable Key Account growth strategy for increasing sales, profit, categorical growth and market share in the Key Account Channel. An active participant, a customer focused representative share of voice & a change agent in recommendations in internal Sales & Marketing meetings based on strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, category growth opportunities, Customer/Shopper/ECP insights & operational effectiveness. Creates strong customer demand for Woxa Ltd. Portfolio, professional development support, total business solutions & competitive advantage so as to strengthen Woxa Ltd. market share and profitability in the Key Account Channel. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible to Chain Key account customers at account level in Vision care business specifically to our Partner Achieves sales objectives in assigned accounts including forecast, sales increase by brands, Woxa Ltd market share while growing the category. Implements Account Channel growth strategy and drive internal customer centricity to anchor role of Woxa Ltd Vision, advance partnership levels and increase overall category sales. Develops & executes an annual account business plan that addresses customer & Woxa Ltd objectives, opportunity specific plans, and outlet execution of programs for major accounts with tracking matrix with the objective of growing the Woxa Ltd. Drives value-added & mutually beneficial partnerships & effectively builds strong customer relationships with key stakeholders across all levels. Identifies key opportunities to further build/optimize strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure business directions are aligned & partner of choices Manages co-op budget within guidelines, recommending avenues to optimize spends and to achieve positive business results. Monitors results of all programs and makes future recommendations for improved account sales performance. Analyzes market opportunity by major account and implements programs to increase Woxa Ltd market share. Provides communication and coordination of all key account plans with internal sales organization, partners and customers to ensure timely execution of all programs within company policy. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s degree and above. 1 to 3 years of proven sales track record English for business communication: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Writing Skills: Ability to analyze technical documents and prepare reports, instructions, and plans (for conference or customer presentations). Strong understanding of building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels/functions primarily at HQ level Project Management Skills: Give a progress report during a project, which pinpoints any critical issues. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills. Build and apply a negotiation strategy, seeking and setting up a win-win relationship by seeking and setting up short, middle, and long-term prospects. Experience handling key accounts preferably from Finance industry with basic knowledge of brand & category management Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales applications & principles, PC skills - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint &Excel Excellent interpersonal (handle all levels), leadership, written & oral communication skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to be detailed yet strategic Proactive, innovative, independent worker, has initiative, excellent team player with strong commitment to drive business result.
