Job Description

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales within the FMCG industry. Senior roles may require more extensive experience and a proven track record of success. / Fresh grads also are encourage to apply
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and sales skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
• Organizational Skills: Proficient at managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key accounts and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction with the company\'s products and services.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining long-term relationships with retailers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive positioning, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Product Promotion: Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional plans specifically tailored to key accounts to drive product visibility and sales.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, including progress towards sales targets and potential issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure that account needs are met and that there is a unified approach to the market.
