We are looking for a Key Account Manager to ensure achievement and continual growth of the Modern Trade channel's sales and profit objectives through effective sales management and accounts development. Developing distributor and key account team capability for 5Ps execution. Grow formula milk category in key account and manage account A day in the life of... . Identify distribution opportunities for the channel's range of products. Establish, in consultation with the Trade Sales Director, the short- and medium-term distribution strategies and objectives for the channel. Coordinate with Trade Marketing to develop distribution and trade sales strategies to achieve the channel sales and distribution objectives. Work with the Division's Distributor's sales force in developing and implementing trade channel / account plans in support of the distribution and trade sales strategies. Work with the Division's Distributor's sales managers to ensure the effective implementation of sales campaigns and the establishment of distribution priorities. Monitor the monthly sales performance of all assigned key accounts (IKA & LKA) to ensure in-market sales objectives are achieved. Areas of coverage will be nationwide. Submit a monthly report to the immediate supervisor within the stipulated timelines, covering areas on trade sales performance, expenses, field trips, issues and opportunity situation analysis, competition, and plan of action. Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.
