You will be reporting to the country manager and your responsibilities includes:
Maintain and grow the Pulp & Paper business within Malaysia.
Achieve targeted sales and gross profit goals.
Lead a team of service technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical services.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
Keep management informed by submitting regular activity and results reports.
Monitor competitors by gathering current market information related to pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
10-15 years of experience in pulp and paper chemicals, preferably in a multinational company.
Strong technical knowledge of the pulp & paper industry.
Experience leading a commercial sales team is an advantage.
Proven experience in the related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential computer skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, goal-driven, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin would be an added advantage
