Responsibilities: Build a strong partnership and working relationship with the Customers Collaborate with key stakeholders i.e. Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Planning to ensure excellent execution Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with Division objectives Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial, agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade term. Monitor the accounts' performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed Requirements: At least 4 years of Commercial/Sales/Key Account experience in FMCG industry A collaborator, able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time Analytical and business-centric
