Key Account Manager

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and principal partners
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Clearly understand & execute the company, Enterprise and Segment strategy to position, penetrate and win in named account industry
  • Clearly understand team and individual target (KPI).
  • Discuss with management & develop sales planning and execution plan
  • Establish comprehensive account plans for all assigned accounts and update timely.
  • Discuss progressively with management on all opportunities & register deals in principal partners portals.
  • Consistently update the deals internally and ensure the clients data accuracy.
  • Organize review session internally for opportunity roadmap, funnels and other developments.
  • Establish solid client relationship and enhance client engagement.
  • Ensure consistent communications with client on the company\'s latest offerings, solutions and technology updates.
  • Manage a set of client accounts assigned, consistently identify and develop sustainable business opportunity.
  • Position as consultant for our client (problem solver).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (presales, product, marketing, solutions, principal channel team, network etc) & manage partners for sales & marketing activities.
  • Drive every opportunity to closure, seek management\xe2\x80\x99s help/guidance for problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary education in relevant field of study
  • Ideal candidate should be with minimum 3 years of progressive experience in IT/Technology and key account management in either sales field
  • Good knowledge about ICT product and solutions.
  • Strong communications skills, PR skills, strategic skills, execution skills, charismatic skills and general skills.
  • Dynamic builder of relationships with key customers and operations
  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, simple, trustworthy, creative, brave.
  • Pleasant personality with commendable attitude.
  • A self-starter, proactive, committed, disciplined, energetic, team player with leadership qualities.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
