Minimum 3-5years work experience in a multinational company, preferably in the logistics, ocean forwarding, domestic and cross border transportation, semiconductor & technology.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language is a must.
Advance hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM software.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email.

Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for both current and prospective clients.
Leverage analytical skills to develop customized logistics plans.
Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues, ensuring seamless freight movement.
Conduct post-shipment follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Achieve individual, team, and company objectives through dedicated performance.
Collaborate seamlessly with Operations and international partners to optimize freight movement efficiency.
