  • Manage user contact data, build direct relation and obtaining hunting list
  • Brings transparency on Key Users and Projects (Potential evaluation, User demands, project management & infrastructure set up, update dashboard on users and application / projects)
  • Sales and Gross Margin responsibility for Sales Force driven customers
  • Managing, enabling & monitoring the specialized (sales force driven) retail. Auditing with After Sales Manager the fulfillment of added value services (Logistics, first level technical support, financials, after sales service). Provide training (commercial / concept)
  • Selling and Creating additional Services (Fleet Management, Full Service, Pick up and 24 hour repair)
  • Developing Direct Sales with no conflict to retail driven sales
  • Target is to cover the Top 5% of users in each country in the Assertiveness, Information and Purchase phase by personally managing the large accounts/ projects
  • Ability to collaborate with reginal team on User demands of solutions and applications
  • Being interface and support to divisions responsible for the cross selling concepts
  • Implementing central user-marketing-strategies / concepts
  • Ensuring correct mix of products and services for quality oriented Large Users
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of industry (construction, manufacturing)
  • Project management knowledge
  • Competence in technical sales, commercial field (finance)
  • Pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels
  • Market knowledge for respective country / area
  • Native speaker
