  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
  • Ensure the smooth running of the outlet's daily operation

  • Prepare outlet for service - Equipment setting, top-up toppings/ condiments and other preparatory tasks
  • Provide customer service - Take order from customer, give recommendation, serve food to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness of outlet
  • Manage stock inventory
  • Ad-hoc duties
