Cooking:
Perform basic cooking tasks, and when needed, take on a line cook role under supervision.
Cleanliness and organization:
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, follow cleaning schedules, and adhere to all hygiene standards.
Inventory and stock management:
Receive deliveries, rotate stock, monitor supplies, and dispose of expired ingredients.
Station support:
Help the chef de partie (station chef) with their duties, ensuring they have the necessary ingredients and tools.
