Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, arranging ingredients).
Cook or assist in cooking according to Chef's instructions and SOPs.
Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen area and food storage.
Clean and store kitchen utensils, equipment, and tools after use.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials and supplies.
Report any equipment damage or shortage of ingredients to the supervisor.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
