Work experience as a Kitchen Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry. Must have YAKITORI SKILL.
Our restaurant is a Non-Halal, and involves alcohol beverages and pork in food preparation.
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
Additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for all food preparation, production & serving arrangement in accordance to recipes, guidelines & SOP
Performing all kinds of cleaning duties and ensuring that kitchen & workstation are clean and properly sanitized at all times.
Conduct Month end stock count and maintain cogs
Monitor staff performance and Conduct training if needed
Stock ordering and arrangement
