Job Description
- Work experience as a Kitchen Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- No specific education level required
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Additional certification in hospitality is a plus
- Responsible for all food preparation, production & serving arrangement in accordance to recipes, guidelines & SOP
- Performing all kinds of cleaning duties and ensuring that kitchen & workstation are clean and properly sanitized at all times.
- Conduct Month end stock count and maintain cogs
- Monitor staff performance and Conduct training if needed
- Stock ordering and arrangement
