Assist Kitchen Executive/Kitchen Coordinator in management and cleanliness of the kitchen area and kitchen equipments.

Responsible for hygiene and cleaning related jobs at the Cafe and Kitchen areas.
Maintain the service/production areas and dishwasher/pot wash/buffet and service counter areas are at high standards of cleanliness within the available resources and as per the agreed contractual obligations and operational standards.
Follow and report to duties as per department duty roster of and work as per the shift scheduled.
Take care of the sanitation of the entire hospital food service and production areas including garbage containers and transport to designated wet and dry areas with care and attention.
Wash and clean the area as per the standards laid down in the task list and cleaning schedule which will include daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules for the mentioned areas in the line with the operating standards set by the Chef and Food Service Manager.
Perform any other duties as assigned or directed.
Education and Requirements:
Secondary education
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a Hospital or Hotel food production.
Be able to write and speak in English or Bahasa Malaysia
Have positive attitude.
