Job Description

The primary responsibility of Kitchen Steward is to ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen department and equipment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and hotel policies, practices and procedures.

Main responsibilities:

To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Ixora Hotel Penang Standards of Performance. To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work. To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times. To have an understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, use of dish-washing machines and the type of chemicals to be used. To perform any other duties as and when required by superior or management.

SPM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
