Must be willing to work shift fix time
Willing to work during weekends & Public Holidays.
Having one year work experience as a waiter or waitress in F & B field is an advantage.
Polite, responsible and customer service oriented.

Tanggungjawab

Supervises kitchen staff.
Receive stock from suppliers, storing, distribution and delivery out stock to various department in Central Kitchen.
Maintain daily communication with elementary servers to address facilities and production needs.
Maintains product levels through purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
Assist with hiring decisions of kitchen staff.
Conducts daily inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure staff compliance with establish standards
Responsible for carrying out quality inspection activities on incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure conformed to specifications
Works with production team to ensure the quality control program designed to make sure continuous production of products consistent with established standards is implemented and being followed.
