Kitchen supervisors \xe2\x80\xa2 manage inventories, checking the adequacy of food supplies and kitchen equipment, and negotiating orders with suppliers and third-party vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 develop marketing strategies, research the latest food trends, update menus, and create reports and expense forecasting. \xe2\x80\xa2 must have excellent communication and leadership skills, especially with responding to customers\' inquiries and concerns and resolving complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead, train, instruct, and assist the kitchen crews.
