Kitting Supervisor

Job Description
- Manage the daily kitting activities, ensuring timely and accurate assembly of kits for production orders.
- Lead, train, and support a team of kitting associates, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitting components, coordinating with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of materials.
- Implement and specifications. maintain quality checks to verify that all kits are complete and meet required
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with cross-functional teams to streamline kitting operations via Continuous Improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of kitting activities and prepare reports on performance metrics, including productivity and accuracy.
- Implement kanban and two bin systems where possible.
- Maintain RFID system accuracy for specific product lines
- Ensure all kitting operations adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards, promoting a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5-7 years of experience in a kitting, warehouse, or production role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
