Ping 100 Download/Upload: 3-4 mbps (both) Jitter: Not higher than 25
Operator job description
Performs a dial-up attempt, verifies customer data and enters the results into the CRM
Works with customer objections
Sells by calling customer and work on increasing the average check
Receives the data required by the courier service for delivery and makes it into the CRM
Observes and uses all opportunities to improve KPI
