Installation & maintenance of company's computer software and hardware/facilities;
PC setup, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
Support for production PC issues, failures etc.
Basic Network Setup and Troubleshooting.
Receive issues , update tickets accordingly to SOP, able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
Perform trouble shooting on: PC Hardware issues, network failure, good in command prompt.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 0-2 years' experience required in IT Technical support.
Must be able to handle IT hardware / software / Networking and have trouble-shooting skill.
Must be able to handle IT hardware / software installation.
Good problem-solving skills.
Willing to learn more.
Independent & Hardworking
Note: Must be ready to work on rational shifts and rotational days 24/7
