The Position

Role Purpose:

As the Lab IT & Workflow Solutions Partner, you\'re integral to our dynamic implementation team. Your focus includes configuring, testing, and supporting go-live for WFIT and Digital Solutions. Beyond technical expertise, you contribute to maintaining our quality system, ensuring actions align with quality objectives. Your role involves active participation in pre-implementation, implementation, and post-project review meetings, showcasing proficiency in remote configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. You are expected to display good interpersonal skills as you will interact with clients from various departments and executive levels. You are to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems and implement solutions for them.

In this role, you will:

• Support WFIT and Digital Solutions implementations, troubleshooting as needed.
• Share expertise to elevate knowledge among new hires.
• Foster a collaborative community for WFIT and Digital Solutions best practices.
• Maintain transparent communication with project leads and teams.
• Acquire product knowledge through self-study and on-the-job training.
• Develop customer-tailored programs.
• Document changes on Lab IT software.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation of customer touchpoints.
• Support predictive maintenance through CRM case recording.
• Deliver service, preventive maintenance, and software upgrades as scheduled.
• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Manage accounts, prioritize jobs, and assign tasks to teammates.
• Analyze data from WFIT solutions, providing actionable insights.
• Follow documented procedures and processes for product application/solution.
• Manage expectations, identify risks, and formulate plans for project success.
• Undertake assigned tasks or projects as needed.

Who you are:

• Fresh Graduates: Basic experience in setting up or formatting Windows, troubleshooting Windows products.
• OR Experienced Professionals: 2\xe2\x80\x935 years of extensive experience in WFIT and Digital solutions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, creative thinking, and time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, and ability to manage ambiguity for results.
• Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Embrace independence and teamwork, positive attitude, and a thirst for learning.
• Adherence to deadlines and effective collaboration within a team.
• Display resourcefulness and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within Malaysia on short notice.
• Owns transport for travel convenience.
• Willingness to work extra hours, such as standby mode during weekends or after regular working hours.
