Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Strong design and visualization skills;
• Able to conceptualist and carry out feasibility studies and support production of concept packages.
• Prepares tender drawings and material specifications
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with Clients, Project Director, external consultants and contractors
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues
• Liaises and coordinates with Consultants and Contractors
• Ensures design quality and meet Authority compliances
• Attends site inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans and design intent
• Knowledge application of ABC waters design guidelines

Requirements:

• Graduated with a recognized professional Masters/Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognized universities by International Federation of Landscape Architects and/or Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant field
• Proficiency in CAD operation and BIM
• Proficiency in graphic software
• Proficiency in Softscape is an advantage
• Experience in a variety of project types including high profile placemaking, nature theme developments, master planning, urban design, public realm and parks, residential, commercial and mix use
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good presentation skills is an advantage
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with ability to think and work independently and confidently

Note: This position will be based at our HQ office in Singapore Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
