Job Brief:

This position requires tending to and ensuring the buildings and grounds of the property are maintained and well-kept. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as you will frequently interact with tenants, employees, contractors, and service staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist on monitoring landscape maintenance work for Klang Valley project, Cameron Highland, Genting Highland & Chemor,Ipoh .
• To assist on Test & Commissioning for new facilities after VP .
• Attend CPC inspection, CMGD inspection and handing over inspection with authority.
• Manage to handle paper work on checking maintenance schedule, maintenance sheet, contractor claims and verify contractor Log Book for attendance record at site.
• Preparing necessary document like report and site memo to consultant and contractor when needed.
• Monitoring progress one-off work at site for landscape work at common area.
• Follow up with landscape consultant for any maintenance issue during DLP.
• Coordinate with project department (landscape),consultant and contractor to solve any site issue.
• To request quotations from contractor on landscape maintenance work.
• Suggest ideas and proposal to improve on managing landscape maintenance work.

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Architecture, Property Development / Real Estate Management
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
